Who We Are
HIL Group — operating as Harricharan Investment Limited — is a Trinidad-based investment and project delivery firm. We partner with capital, government agencies, and project sponsors to unlock value across infrastructure, real estate, and strategic sectors.
Our model is built around four integrated divisions that work in concert: originating capital, structuring deals, delivering projects to completion and digital infrastructure. This vertical integration allows us to move faster, align interests more precisely, and generate superior outcomes for our partners.
We are registered in Trinidad & Tobago and structured to engage across the Caribbean region, with a focus on deals that combine local insight with institutional rigour.
What We Do
Division I
End-to-end project delivery — from origination through execution. We manage infrastructure, real estate, and capital works with a discipline-first approach that minimises overruns and maximises stakeholder value.
Division II
Structured finance, deal origination, and capital advisory. We connect projects with the right capital stack — equity, debt, and hybrid instruments — and advise on transactions across private and public markets.

Strategic land and property development. We identify, acquire, and develop assets with a long-horizon perspective — creating communities, commercial spaces, and mixed-use environments that endure.
Division IV
Early-stage and strategic investments across technology, digital infrastructure, platform development, and scalable ventures. HIL Ventures backs opportunities that intersect with real-world infrastructure, data, and productivity ecosystems.
